Cancellation Policy for Mind over Matter Practice:

At Mind over Matter Practice, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure efficient management of our schedule and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients are entitled to reschedule or cancel their appointment with a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time without incurring any charges.

2. Refund Policy: If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made with at least 24 hours' notice, clients may choose to receive a refund for any prepaid fees or deposits, or they may opt to reschedule their appointment without any penalty.

3. No Refunds for Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, the client will be responsible for the full payment of the scheduled service.

4. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice (a "no-show") will result in forfeiture of any prepaid fees or deposits, and the client will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment.

5. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients must notify Mind over Matter Practice by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.

6. Exceptions: Mind over Matter Practice reserves the right to make exceptions to the cancellation policy in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances.

Please note that adherence to our cancellation policy helps us maintain the quality of our services and allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.
